Touch-up Policy
We want your results to heal beautifully and last as long as possible. Please read our touch-up policy carefully before booking:
1. Initial Touch-Up
-
A follow-up session (touch-up) is often required to perfect your results and is typically carried out 6–12 weeks after your initial treatment.
-
This appointment allows the artist to assess healing, colour retention, and make any necessary adjustments.
2. Cost of Touch-Ups
-
Unless otherwise stated in your treatment package, touch-ups are not included in the initial treatment price and must be booked separately.
-
Touch-up pricing is determined by the time elapsed since your last treatment:
-
6–12 weeks: 50.
-
3–6 months: 75.
-
6 –24 months (Colour Boost): Full refresh pricing applies.
-
24 months - Onwards: New treatment pricing applies.
-
3. Eligibility for Touch-Ups
-
Clients must attend within the recommended time frame to qualify for the touch-up pricing.
-
If you miss the time window, your session may be charged as a new treatment or colour boost.
4. No-Shows & Late Cancellations
-
Touch-up appointments follow the same Cancellation, Deposit, and No-Show Policies as all other bookings.
-
Failure to attend will result in the loss of your booking fee, and full payment will be required to rebook.
5. Results & Retention
-
Retention varies based on skin type, lifestyle, medications, and aftercare.
-
Additional touch-ups outside the standard follow-up may be required for some clients and will be charged accordingly.
6. Right to Refuse
-
If your brows/lips have been previously tattooed by another artist, you must book a consultation first. Correction or cover-up work may not qualify for standard touch-up pricing.
Privacy Policy
Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy.
Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.
What to include in the Privacy Policy
Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.
